Caps come from plan entitlements. Portal recovery, Team Home, mentions, and Community Kits ship on every plan and scale with seats.
Limits are enforced in product (projects, clients, seats, kits, active Asks, and hosted storage). Fair-use rate limits protect reminders, uploads, and public forms. Details live in our Terms of Service.
Hosted files in Yori count toward plan storage. Third-party drives (when connected) may keep heavy files elsewhere; seats, Asks, and abuse rules still apply. Need more capacity or a security review? Contact sales.

Common questions
Will this help us hit deadlines?
Yori cannot control every deadline. It makes client responsibilities visible, assigns owners and due dates, and chases unfinished work before it quietly becomes a delay.
How do clients take ownership?
Each Ask has an owner, a due date, and a shared status. Clients submit in Yori. Your team reviews and approves. Reminder policies keep unfinished Asks moving.
Do clients need another password?
No. Clients open their requests with an email magic link. They can use a password if one already exists. Staff sign in with a password or Google SSO.
Does this replace our project tools?
No. Yori focuses on the work between your team and your client. Keep your project tools for internal work. Agency plans can connect those tools through webhooks and integrations.
What is free vs paid on Kits and team features?
Free includes three full starter Kits, a sneak peek of the rest of the official catalog, Community Kits, client portal recovery, Team Home, and Ask @mentions. Pro unlocks the full official Kit catalog, full reminders and prove reports, branding removal, and room for Away coverage and the sales board. Agency adds unlimited projects, custom domain, and webhooks.
How is data protected?
Sensitive fields and uploads are encrypted at rest. Downloads go through authenticated routes. Compliance Mode adds HIPAA-ready controls (neutral reminder copy, metadata-only sync). It is not a HIPAA certification.
